Order Processing Time
All orders placed on https://nymorra.com/ are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates
Nymorra LLC currently offers one convenient shipping option:

Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we aim to meet these delivery times, they are estimates and not guarantees.
Domestic Shipping Only
Nymorra LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly from the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays & Issues
Nymorra LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are also not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nymorra LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
