At Nymorra LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your baby and toddler clothing sets, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.
1. Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear.
Please note that Nymorra LLC currently only ships and accepts returns for orders placed within the United States.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. We will provide you with clear instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Return Shipping
Nymorra LLC will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by Nymorra LLC, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable. However, since Nymorra LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders, this will not affect your refund amount.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Nymorra LLC will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, according to your preference and product availability.
9. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nymorra.com or +12122292900. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our standard return policy.
